Freedom Yurt-Cabins branded merchandise is subject to a 30-day return policy. FYC branded merchandise arriving damaged or defective must be communicated within 10 business days upon receipt for a full refund. As an authorized reseller, some products from 3rd party manufacturer may be subject to vendor's return/warranty policy. Products from 3rd party manufacturer arriving damaged or defective must be communicated within 7 business days upon receipt to allow Freedom Yurt-Cabins ample time to communicate with vendor to initiate the return.
