Delivery and Tracking Information 

Freedom Yurt-Cabins branded, and some 3rd Party manufactured items being sold to "customer" are subject to a flat rate shipping charge or custom rate profile based on item specifications (size and weight). Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your delivery address. Items being shipped from a 3rd party vendor may require additional transit time. Additional shipping and lead times will be noted in the description of each product. Tracking information may be automatically sent to customer email once shipment has been processed. If you do not receive tracking information, please email contact@freedomyurtcabins.com. 

Shipping Limits & Restrictions 

Some products being sold from Freedom Yurt-Cabins, or a 3rd party manufacturer may NOT ship outside of the continental USA. In addition, products may not be shipped to a PO box as per carrier guidelines. 

Returns

Freedom Yurt-Cabins branded merchandise is subject to a 30-day return policy. As an authorized reseller, some products from 3rd party manufacturer may be subject to vendor's return/warranty policy.
