Terms of service

These Terms of Service and public guidelines are applicable to all sites and accounts owned or operated by New Freedom Yurt Structures, LLC dba "Freedom Yurt-Cabins". Freedom Yurt-Cabins hosts various social media accounts and websites to promote quality products and services to end users and outdoor enthusiasts. By entering and interacting with such accounts/sites you're agreeing to have read and be bound to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service or Guidelines at any time of our choosing. The term "User(s)" is in reference to all customers, visitors, and/or registered members.

1. Freedom Yurt-Cabins Duties & Responsibilities 

Freedom Yurt-Cabins employees are not to be held accountable or liable for any post, comment, or submittal by any visitors or members to Sites or Social Platforms. Freedom Yurt-Cabins employees or not able to review/respond to all information or posts submitted by any members or visitors to such Sites. Freedom Yurt-Cabins does not guarantee the honesty or integrity of any members who submit information to such sites or social platforms. This includes but not limited too, text, graphics, photos, videos, posts, blogs, comments, copyrighted sounds, or music.

2. User Duties & Responsibilities 

Users must be 18 years of age to submit information to these sites or platforms. By entering and submitting information to Sites you consent that you're at-least 18 years of age. You are to be solely accountable and liable for your own posts or comments submitted and the consequences that come with them. By publishing information, you hereby grant royalty-free non-exclusive rights, to use, any content published on public platforms operated by Freedom Yurt-Cabins if deemed necessary. 

3. Site Conduct & Licensing: Any content found on such sites are copyrighted and will not be allowed to be duplicated or used without the express written consent by New Freedom Yurt Structures, LLC.

You agree and acknowledge that you will not publish/distribute or submit any content:

  • That is unlawful, inaccurate, or misleading. 
  • You will NOT submit, publish, or distribute content that is protected by Third Party copyright, patents, or trademarks.
  • You agree that you will not post, publish, or submit any content that is considered to be illegal, violent, threatening, racially or religiously biased, discriminatory or constituted as hate speech.

4. Security 

By attempting to illegally access, tamper, or scan our systems or Sites you may be subject to civil or criminal liability. We will fully cooperate with law enforcement to prosecute any user(s) who violate our Terms of Service or initiate illegal misconduct.  You are absolutely prohibited from attempting to violate the Security or information contained on or within the Sites. Including impersonation or gaining account access of User(s), data mining, harvesting, or phishing. 

5. Termination

You may terminate or end your membership account or subscription to Sites at any time. Freedom Yurt-Cabins reserves the right to terminate or end your membership account at our discretion without further notice for violating our Terms of Service.
